Safety 3D-Secure (3DS) - Authorized Credit Card 3DS online transactions

  • One-time password (OTP)
    OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone when making a payment online. You must enter this password online to complete the transaction.

  • Mobile App notification
    You will receive push notifications from the OCBC Mobile App to authorize the transaction in the app's inbox and complete the transaction.

  • SMS notification
    The Bank will send you an SMS notification when you use a credit card/Web Dollar Credit Card/Visa debit card to shopping or cash advance to a designated amount.

  • Web Dollar Credit Card designated for online shopping
    By setting the limit at MOP3,000, customers do not have to worry about any loss due to potential data leaks.

    Apart from postal monthly statements, you may also apply for electronic statement so that you can enjoy a timely and environmentally-friendly way of managing your account record.

    Log into our digital banking at any time for services:
    • Report lost cards

EPS & PPS

  • EPS
    With your HKD/MOP current, savings or statement account, you can enjoy EPS payment service at designated merchants using the Bank’s debit cards, or credit cards, VISA debit cards or UnionPay cards which are equipped with ATM function.

  • PPS
    You may apply for a PPS account at any PPS terminals with the Bank’s debit cards, credit cards, VISA debit cards or UnionPay cards which are equipped with ATM function. PPS provides you with instant settlement for over 900 HK merchants through phone or the Internet.

Macau Pass Auto-reload Service

  • Our Credit Cardholders can bring along your ID document, Credit Card, Macau Pass together with the application form to any of our branches or Macau Pass service centers. Upon approval, cardholder will receive a notification SMS to activate the service. Please download the application form from our website, any of our branches or Macau Pass service centers.

MPay Top Up Service

  • Cardholders can register OCBC Bank credit card via MPay app and perform instant top-up for MPay wallet! You can self-define the amount for each top-up transaction to meet your personal need.

    • Real-time top up transactions to meet spending needs.

Payment Methods

  • Internet and mobile banking*
    Customers can settle their credit card bills with their savings, statement or current account through internet or mobile banking services.

  • ATM transfer
    Payment can be made by transferring funds at “Jet Payment” ATM using Jetco ATM card.

  • Autopay*
    All subsequent payment will be made by debiting your account directly on the payment Due Date.

  • By Mail
    Please mail the cheque together with the payment slip 5 working days before payment due date. Please don’t send cash or post-date cheque.

  • Branch Payment
    By cash, Cheque or Account transfer at any of our Branches.
  • *Customer must apply for the service with the Bank in advance.
